Steve Jobs is no doubt one of the greatest innovators of our time. That being said he was also one of the best question answerers of all time. This article and video shows exactly how Jobs reacted to an anger customer with grace and tact. His response was to first not worry with the technology you have as disposal, but how it can benefit the user.
